Madhya Pradesh is the oldest part of the Indian subcontinent which is also home to prehistoric caves which preserve some amazing paintings which date back to Palaeolithic times. Major tourist attractions include enchanting wildlife sanctuaries, some holiest & most revered pilgrim centres & mediaeval cities.
The central India’s Chhattisgarh is also known as the rice bowl of India & has a rich tradition of food culture as most of the tribal foods are made of rice & rice flour, a variety of green leafy vegetable & curd.
